Humap is a geospatial storytelling platform designed to make interactive mapping more user-friendly. The platform’s visual narrative experience makes it easy to create and share maps – no coding and no downloading required.
We empower our clients to create and curate digital resources and assets for any purpose and audience, without having to worry about any of the tech stuff.
Humap’s founding team has over twenty years of experience in the digital agency world with specialisms in design, user experience, GIS, and software development. The team has worked with the BBC, V&A Museums, Tate, Cambridge University, BUPA, the University of London, and Birmingham Museums.
As a business, Humap was founded in 2020 after several years of platform development and testing with the successful Layers of London project. Humap is currently being used by Islington Council, Coventry City of Culture, Wiener Holocaust Library, and the Institute of Historic Research – you can learn more about our clients here.
